Memorial services were Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004, at Moore Funeral Home. Rev. Ray Legge officiated. Moore Funeral Home had charge. Bailey, born July 23, 1950, to the late James Bailey and Edith Jackson Bailey, was a Baptist and a self-employed house painter. Survivors include his caregiver Phyllis Robinson of Olive Branch; two daughters, Jill Cavender of Conway, Ark. and Brooke Johnson of Cabot, Ark.; one son Brian Bailey of Collierville, Tenn. his mother Edith Bailey of Batesville; one brother Bobby Bailey of Sardis; and four grandchildren.¹
